EMEA Payroll Specialist- France Job in London

Job Description
Cedar are currently looking for a French Speaking Payroll Specialist to join a global leading retail business on a permanent basis.

Salary: £38,000 per annum + 8% bonus

Remote working (with hybrid option if commutable to London)

Reporting into: Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Data collation from variable data sources and departments, ensuring all have the appropriate authorization ready for submission to Payroll providers.
Thorough check of return files, ensuring all relevant payroll data has been actioned accurately
Maintain employee records with most up to date changes reflected
Liaising with PX to ensure payroll records are maintained
3rd party declarations and payments made on time
Maintain monthly Payroll By Person report for payroll authorization
Complete monthly comparison for each payroll, commenting on any Variances
Maintain sickness and allocate any refunds received for French team
Submit leaver documents to ex-employees on time
Maintain ADP Portals, ensuring all files are uploaded for payroll submission on time, and downloaded when returned by ADP.
Reconcile submissions by payroll providers on companies behalf, ensuring declarations have been made accurately and on time to adhere to compliance e.g. URSSAF, Mederic, AON, EOY submissions etc.
Administer, pay and reconcile Meal Ticket Voucher for French employees
Review and translate any French documents received and advise on action to take
Review current processes and advise of any improvements which can be implemented
Ensure cost centres are in line with FP&A and Workday data
Maintain the T&A system accuracy, ensure approvals are made by managers and Area Managers and train new team members where required.
Monthly payment uploads for Net pay, 3rd party declarations and ad-hoc requests

Experience/Skills Required:

Minimum 1 years' French payroll experience
Minimum 1 years' experience working within a fast-paced Payroll department
Experience processing outsourced Payrolls
Multinational payroll experience would be beneficial
Kronos knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
Fluent in French and English language
