Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their well-established wholesale company based in Manchester. This is a brand new role created to facilitate expansion and covers both UK and US branches. With two days in the office and three days WFH, the successful candidate will be part of a small finance team reporting to the managing accountant.

You responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring prompt payment from customers

* Liaising with sales order office to resolve customer queries

* Checking and processing invoices

* Issuing debit/credit notes

* Monitor and update bad debt list

* Credit checks

* Cashflow reporting

Requirements:

* Proficient with MS Excel, with knowledge of basic functions

* Experience of Sage 200 (desirable)

* Ability to use own initiative and take responsibility to resolve issues

* Good attention to detail

* Effective Communicator, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and internal stakeholders

They offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus bank with an increase for length of service up to a maximum of 26. Working 3 days from home and 2 office based
