We are looking for a Collections Account Manager to join our payments team within our operations department. The role includes managing a book of existing clients ensuring payments are made in line with their chosen debt solution.
In this role, we are looking for someone with experience in a customer service call centre environment, Debt Management or Insolvency experience is preferred but not essential. An understanding of vulnerable customer needs and be able to sensitively handle challenging calls is essential.

* You have the ability to communicate well and handle objections comfortably
* You have a good telephone manner and can adapt your approach to the needs of a customer
* You are self-motivated
* You can multitask, have good time management skills, and work well with a team
* You have good numeracy and IT skills
