Four Squared recruitment are working with a leading Education provider in the heart of Cirencester boasting stunning views and surroundings and an enviable holidays, pension and perks package.
Where Will you be joining?
My client is a longstanding and provider of further education. With a commitment to offering the best learning environment to all students. Working from their head office you will work closely alongside the Finance Director as a critical part of the finance function.
What will you be bringing to the role?
Fully or Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA (QBE will also be considered) you will have the experience of both operating at Finance Manager/Management Accountant Level whilst also overseeing a small team and having the right interpersonal skills to work closely alongside the Finance Director to suggest and implement changes.
You will be a forward thinking, driven and keen to challenge processes, when necessary, a desire to operate in a business partner capacity when needed to ensure you are operating with a cost effective model that doesn’t compromise on quality of services.
