FINANCE CONSULTANT AT DENTAL ELITE – RUGBY, WARWICKSHIRE- JOB REF: JO34840

Dental Elite was formed by the current directors in Spring 2010 and has quickly become recognised as a firm offering a distinctly different service. They are a specialist dental consultancy specialising in Dental Recruitment, Dental Practice Finance and Dental Practices for Sale & Valuations. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth within the business.

The ideal candidate would have a strong background in Business Development and a track record of developing and maintaining client accounts. This person will be a determined individual, driven by maximising their earnings while maintaining a high level of service. Good computer skills and confidence in using social media is also essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Business Development with new and existing clients – working on new leads to win business through referrals and networking.

* Managing client inquiries for advice on practice purchases.

* Assessment of practices for suitability for lending considering both purchaser and lender circumstances.

* Tendering proposals for banks on behalf of clients.

* Liaising with both lenders and purchasers to discuss terms and available offers.

* Managing transactions through to valuation stage before passing on to Sales Progression team.

Candidates Attributes:

* Strong background in Business Development with a proven capability to develop and maintain client accounts.

* Computer literate and confident in using social media effectively.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

* Self-motivated and able to work effectively from home.
