Insurance Claims Handler / Kent

Overview:

An industry leading independent insurance brokers is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to be an ambassador of their Claims Division and assist in handling claims.

The successful candidate will embrace and embody our care & focus values and positively promote our proposition to clients, colleagues and suppliers.

The overall purpose of the role is to deliver and exceptional customer experience and to handle claims in an efficient, proactive and customer focused manner.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle claims cradle to grave
• Ensure an exceptional claim service
• Deal with phone calls and correspondence efficiently
• Review and challenge Insurer decisions on liability
• Build relationships with insurers, suppliers, clients

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Cert CII – full or partial complete
• Preferably experience in Liability
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Excellent Client service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others

Package:

• Up to £30k
