We have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Handler to join at our offices located in Bury St Edmunds. What will you be doing:

Handling commercial claims 'cradle to grave' in a supporting role between policyholder and insurer
Ensure an exceptional claim service is delivered to each and every Client
Review and if necessary, challenge Insurer decisions on liability
Deliver consistently an exceptional claim service to every ClientYou need to bring with you:

Experience of handling commercial claims (motor) and compliance to relevant processes
Working knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and GDPR, FCA / FOS and the CII's Code of Ethics
Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market is desirable
Cert CII qualification is desirableWe can offer you:
