Job Description
Would you like to finish every Friday at 1pm?

A fantastic opportunity to work for a superb business, are seeking an Office Administrator to join their friendly team. You will have at least 2 years office administration / accounts admin experience, with ability to work within a small but growing team.

THE ROLE:

Answer incoming calls
Process quotations & purchase orders
Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger administration
General office duties to include filing, archiving, & photocopying
Distributing the daily post
Uploading utility reads to suppliers
Daily scanning of site paperwork
Ordering stationary & office supplies.
