Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work with a fast growing medium sized business based just outside of Ringwood offering great career progression opportunities

This position involves supporting the needs of a multi site business from the Ringwood head office and duties will include:-

•Completion of monthly management control reports
•Assisting with various aspects of the purchase ledger, including processing of invoices and statement reconciliations
•Process and pay suppliers Invoices, Cross checking Invoices before payments
•Liaising with Business Managers and local authorities to resolve Debt queries
•Daily Bank reconciliations
•Raising Sales Invoices Managing Clients Database
•Manage Daily Accounting operations, Credit Control
•Recording and reconciliation of credit card statements

Assisting Finance Director with managing Clients Database and preparing quarter end accounts

Skills required: –

– Accounting degree, AAT, CAT or equivalent Qualified by experience.
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong communication and written skills
– An ability to work to deadlines
– Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Sage line 50

Monday To Friday – 9:00- 5:00pm
30 min Break
£25,000 Starting salary
