This growing innovative organisation are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team. You will be joining an international organisation and this role would either suit someone looking to start a career within finance and or someone looking to take on a new challenge within Accounts Receivable. Accounts Receivable Assistant – About The Role

In this role you will be working within a finance team of 10 and will be working alongside a small team of Accounts Receivable Assistants. You will be required to handle a number of international entities and will be reporting into the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Your key responsibilities will be:

* Daily posting of sales receipts from credit card reports and bank transactions in GBP, Euros & USD.

* Daily order processing including taking credit card payments via telephone & email.

* Generating statements and collecting debt via telephone & email.

* Compiling aged debtor analysis and reporting on any issues.

* Assisting in the streamlining and improvement of the accounts receivable process, identifying key areas of performance improvement.

* Communicating with both customers and internal personnel.

* Raising invoices and credits daily.

The successful Accounts Receivable Assistant will have

* Previous experience within a similar role.

* Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.

* Good Excel skills
