Job Description
Jamiesons Services Ltd are a welding, fabrication, electrical and mechanical engineering company in the Beauty, Marine, Construction and Manufacturing industries.
We are currently looking for an All round office & accounts administrator with some previous experience of Sage Accounts (or equivalent) to work in our small friendly office alongside our finance assistant.
The hours are 35 per week Monday to Friday
The ideal Accounts Administrator must have a flexible and friendly approach to work, good communication skills and competent using Microsoft 365 programmes.
Accounts Administrator general duties:
* Taking telephone enquiries
* Updating cloud based project system (Mondays programme not essential as training will be given)
* Raising purchase orders and GRN reconciling
* Fleet management
* Accreditation management
* Sales ledger Procedures (essential)
* Purchase ledger Procedures (essential)
Previous knowledge of the above is advantageous.
