Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Chelmsford who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Credit Controller to join their team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave

The role is paying a salary up to £30,000 p/a dependant on skills and previous experience, this role offers Hybrid working and a generous end of contract bonus on completion.

Major Duties and Accountabilities:

Accounts Receivable / Credit Controller

Oversee credit control by telephone and written correspondence
Ensure Cash is collected promptly when invoices are overdue
Reconciliation of debtors account and investigate any discrepancies
Reconciliation of Proforma accounts with balances
Prepare analysis of accounts as and when required
Set up Customer accounts, with correct payment terms
Reconciliation of Customers Credit Insurance limit with Credit limit in SAP
Ensure all Customer legal entities in SAP are Credit insured
Report Overdue accounts to Insurance provider for compliance and risk management
Raising credit notes for approved debits and returns
Credit blocks/unblocks of customers
Credit Card Reconciliation
Monthly Staff expenses
Adhoc requests as business needs

NECESSARY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in Credit Control & Maintaining Ledgers
Strong knowledge of SAP System
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyse and solve problems
Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the company
Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks
Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines
Ability to prioritise work under pressure
Ability to work in a self-directed manner
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
