A high performing, high growth global business is looking for its next Financial Controller to lead on all aspects of financial control for its UK and European operations.
With huge scope to make this role your own, you be excited by the prospect of driving a programme of continuous improvement to ensure processes and controls evolve in line with strategic growth initiatives. This is a high profile role with regular interactions with the wider global finance team, the Senior leadership team, and the Parent co.
Technically astute, you will be a competent people leader with lived experience in a global, complex company structure.
Whilst travel to it's Cambridge HQ will be required, hybrid working is the norm.
