Job Description
Our client is seeking a Trainee Accounts & Administration Assistant who will be responsible for the following:
Registering or Logging of purchase invoices
Receiving’ of delivery dockets-ie matching them against Purchase Orders
Supplier statement reconciliations
Assisting with invoice/account queries, liaising with Buyer and other personnel
Requesting invoices/deliver dockets/statements from suppliers
Liaising with colleagues regarding queries on purchase orders, invoices etc
Filing/Scanning/Photocopying
Chasing for invoice sign offs
Opening post
Telephone Answering
Administration within Wages Department and ongoing assistance with HR records and development of a HR system
You will have good administrative and interpersonal skills and be numerate and keen to work in an accounting environment
