Job Title: Marketing, Accounts and Administration Officer

Salary: £22,000 – £26,500 per annum FTE (Salary dependent on experience and capability)

Location: Fair Oak, Eastleigh

Hours: Permanent position, part-time. Circa 24 hours per week. Must be able to work Monday mornings from 8.30am at the latest. Flexible working hours plus the opportunity to work from home circa one day per week.

Successful applicants for this role will likely have prior experience in a marketing or administrative role. Social Media experience is a bonus but not a requirement as we can teach the right person this aspect of the role.

Experience and/or education in a marketing, social media or administrative role / course

Role overview:

This role will be working alongside multiple key people in our organisation, including our Operations Manager, Finance Manager and occasionally our M.D.

It is a diverse role giving the successful applicant experience of a variety of functions within the business. It will also be varied from week to week, as the business embarks on new projects that need internal support.

There are three key functions of this role. The first is a marketing function. We are looking for someone to contribute to our web-based marketing material and creative concepts including social media posts, engagement and analysis.

The second function will be working closely with our Operations Manager to support our sales team by compiling reports, doing ad hoc checks on compliance and database usage, building documents and tools, and working on data engineering projects from time to time.

Finally, the role will also involve offering invoicing support to our Finance Manager. As our business is growing, so too is the workload to invoice clients for our services. This role will involve the process of creating and sending invoices to clients, following a clear process to achieve this accurately.
