Job Description
CMA is selecting suitable candidate for our Wareham, Dorset based client during a busy period within their finance department and their requirement is for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to join on an ongoing basis.

Our charity sector client has a close-knit finance team and the successful candidate will report into the Finance Manager and you will play a crucial part in getting the transactional accounts up to date and support this finance function to run smoothly.

An immediate start is on offer with an excellent hourly rate ranging from £12.80 to £15.30 per hour.

What will the role involve?

End to end purchase ledger invoice processing and allocating payments;
Expenses and any reconciling that arises, ensuring all are correctly paid;
Matching, batching and coding invoices and dealing with any queries that arise;
Daily reconciliations and clearing the creditor report with senior management.
Suitable Candidate:

It’s essential for the suitable candidate to have a detailed understanding or end to end purchase ledger processing;
You will have experience using accountancy systems and Excel to an intermediate level;
Expenses processing knowledge and able to resolve queries internally and externally;
An AAT studier is beneficial although not essential;
‘A successful candidate should meet all of the criteria above’.
