Job Description
Our client is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join their growing team!
Job brief
We are looking for a competitive Telesales Representative to help us expand our business by actively acquiring new clients. You will identify their needs and demands and provide the best service accordingly.
The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.
Duties and responsibilities
* Contacting potential clients and create rapport by cold calling and build long-term relationships with them
* Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and discuss what the company has to offer
* Advise clients on what best suit their needs
* Transferring relevant information into the CRM and send out the relevant documents to clients
* Appraise the wishes and demands of individual clients
* Having confidence to obtain personal and sensitive information from clients
Requirements
* Previous sales/tele sales/ recruitment experience desired however not essential
* No proven experience necessary but desired
* Full training will be provided
* Ability to work with computers and use a CRM
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated
* Excellent skills in communication and presentation
* Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
* GCSE’s, A Level’s/Degree

Salary: £20,000 per year + commission & bonuses / average OTE £38-45.000 PA
