Exciting opportunity to make this 'head of finance’ role your own and contribute the success and effectiveness of an SME
Commercial service sector SME are seeking to develop their Management team with the addition of qualified Financial Controller who will work closely with the company’s Directors on all financial matters.
This role will involve:
* Managing the accounting function of the business
* Completion and submission of monthly and annual accounts
* Ensure the fiancé team operate efficiently, lead, mentor nd developing tis members
* Providing financial information and regular management reports
* Monitor cash flows, aged debtors and credit control
* Review and improve processes and related systems both in finance and the wide business
It is likely you will be able to offer:
* An accountancy qualification, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Experience in a commercial environment as senior accountant, head of finance
* Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance professionals
* Strong time and people management skills
* Interest in systems, improving efficiencies and implementing change
