Job Description
Swanstaff Recruitment are looking for learning disability support workers to work within a school in Swanley. 

The school is a residential and day school for pupils aged 8-19 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties and other complex needs including autism and language difficulties.  They are passionate about their Co-operative values of self-help, self- responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity.

The school aims to provide an outstanding and supportive learning environment which challenges students to achieve success. The core learning values, which are at the centre of the curriculum, focus upon developing the student’s resilience and ability to make informed life choices.

Job Role:

On morning shifts you will be required to assist the students with their morning routine, breakfast time and assisting with getting ready for school, ensuring everyone is in class on time 

On evening shifts you will be assisting with after School clubs, activities, evening meal times and assisting with the evening routine ensuring everyone is in bed on time

you will be required to meet the needs of the students you are supporting, ensuring care plans are carefully stuck to and any issues reported to senior management immediately 

There is an opportunity to go full time with the Shcool after a successful transition period.
