Job Description
Job Title: Stores and Stock Coordinator.

Reporting To: Operations Director

Job Overview:

To join the Stores and Purchasing Team to provide support in areas – Store s/ Kitting /Vehicle Management/ Site, whilst training to undertake a Purchasing role in the future.

Responsibilities:

Stores:

* Take delivery of Goods, book in through Company system and allocate as required.

* Carry out Stock Check of the Stores and reorder parts where necessary.

Purchasing:

* Undertake Training on Company Clik operating System.

* Purchase components and services where required.

* Provide cover for Buyer Holidays/ Sickness.

Operations:

* Check Engineers Block daily – restocking and clearing materials.

* Kit parts daily for Engineers as required.

* To make deliveries to and collections of Stock Items from various locations as required.

Vehicles

* Carry Out Weekly Maintenance Checks and Inspections on Site Vehicles.

* Drive vehicles to Garage when required.

* Load/ Unload vehicles where required with Parts and Plant for Engineers to use.

Site

* Keep Site clean and Tidy.

* Undertake Site improvement where necessary.

* Ensure Company Disposal processes around debris/ waste products are implemented and maintained.

The applicant should have the following:

* Full Driving License

* Physically Able

* Ability to Use PC – Site Software training will be provided.

Salary: £23-24K subject to experience

Hours: 40 per week – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
