Steel Work Supervisor Job in Gatwick, West Sussex
Job Description
MANE require a Steel Work Supervisor for a major development project based at Gatwick Station. Duties will involve overseeing and supervising a steel erection work force on night shifts.
Applicants must have a thorough understanding of primary and secondary steel erecting installations. You must be able to read from engineering drawings and lead a team of fabrications and erection staff on site. Ensuring all aspects of safety are being carried out at all times.
Applicants will have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Steel Erecting, along with a valid IPAF 3A 3B and relevant supervising or management qualification such as a SSSTS or SMSTS. (Or equivalent)
Due to the nature of this project, applicants with a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) will be advantageous.
