Job Description
Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Preston

Up to £33,000

Permanent

The main purpose of the Senior Marketing Executive will be the delivery of effective marketing & communications, campaign, and engagement activities to support through local & regional events, activities and initiatives

Key skills for the Senior Marketing Executive:

Practical experience of delivering marketing& communications campaigns, online and offline.
Advanced level user of email platforms, preferably DotDigital, with experience of authorising segments & builds and scheduling sends
Excellent copywriting for all platforms, aimed at specific target audiences
Experience of working to and within brand guidelines and converting key messages to target audiences visually
Ability to deliver measurable ROI on activities to support campaign and monthly reporting.
Strong experience in stakeholder management.
Experience with social media campaign management with the desire to develop these skills further
Strong written and verbal communication skills with sound grammar
Excellent attention to detail, especially for proof-reading and working to detail across multi-channel campaignsDuties of Senior Marketing Executive:

Working closely with our team, be responsible, as DotDigital super-user, for all e-communication approvals and sends
Supporting the Regional Programme Marketing Executive, be a 'go-to' for the wider team who need support and advice, This also includes being the team's authoriser and sender.
Demonstrable experience of developing targeted and highly effective e-communication campaigns to deliver on agreed targets
Write and proofread marketing communications to ensure accuracy, adherence to in-house style, appropriate tone of voice and correct branding. This is particularly integral to fulfilling the role of email authoriser.
A desire to identify improvements to our e-communication activities to grow relevance and engagement with target audiences
Analysis and campaign reporting against key milestones and benchmarks, including production of reports and visuals
Data analysis to build understanding of target markets (manipulation of data to produce and maintain mailing lists) and produce post-campaign analysis and reporting
Build strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring synergy and working in a way that reflects the value
The role holder must act as a brand and data champion, to help embed the brand values, ensuring brand and data consistency promoting best practice and sharing ideas across the team
Provide the Digital Marketing Executive and Regional Programme Marketing Executive with guidance, knowledge and expertise.
