Job Description
We have a super opportunity here for experienced commercial insurance professionals to join a market leading broker, as a Senior Account Executive. They are looking for an experienced Exec to come on board to head up and manage a team of 7 other Execs, and there is also a commercial book to inherit, made up of a lot of long-standing clients, that sits at circa £250k income, with an emphasis on Care clients. As such you will be tasked with managing this whilst also managing and developing the team. Most of the team are all based in the North of England, so they seek someone based in the North and the role can be fully remote with travel as required.

They are a major player in the UK broking market but have big plans to continue their impressive growth, under the leadership of a very passionate and knowledgeable Head of Division, so this is an excellent time to be joining the Care Insurance part of the business.

They are looking for a driven, ambitious commercial insurance professional to join them. This is an ideal role for an experienced AE to join to head up a very successful team of Execs, with a very experienced support team in place to provide first class broking support to you and your team.

You will be responsible for the management and development of your team, making sure business and personal targets are met, as well as managing your own book of clients.

To be considered, you will need at least 5 years + commercial insurance sales experience, ideally with experience in the care sector, however they are happy to consider those from other commercial insurance backgrounds, whether that be as a specialist or general commercial.

You will be highly professional with a confident demeanour, as well as being extremely driven and highly ambitious.

You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic and car allowance (circa £5k) with both individual and team-based bonuses. They also offer an extensive benefits package too!

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
