Job Description
This is a varied role that will include:-

Completing and updating the company sick report
Responsible for inputting payroll into the SAGE system
Calculating SSP
Updating the payroll system on a monthly basis (New starters/leavers)
Submitting Real time information (RTI)
Manage all pension submissions
Liaising with HR regarding contract changes or amendments
Dealing with attachment of earnings orders
Issuing payslips (safe storage of duplicates for finance records)
Dealing with adjustments
Input payroll details to the bank
Ensuring that PAYE reports are completed on time You will also deal with

All aspects of banking (internet banking/mandates/ credits/ Reconciliations
Petty Cash
Purchase ledger
Sales ledger
Induction support
Attending meetings The role will be working for an established charity in the health & social care sector.
