Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering exclusively with an attractive brand based in Christchurch, Dorset. Our client has a requirement following continual growth to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will start a hands on role in assisting with all aspects of accounts preparation. This is an opportunity to start a broad role where you can carry out a varied remit of work whilst working with a dynamic team.

The Assistant Management Accountant opportunity is paying a salary range of £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.

What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?

Assist the Financial Controller in P&L preparation including some analysis where necessary;
Accrual and prepayments as well as other month end adjustments;
Completion of transactional accounting tasks including bank reconciliations;
Additional analytical tasks to aide business growth.
Transactional accounting reconciliations and reporting.
Suitable Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience within an Assistant Management Accountant role with the desire to progress;
An AAT qualification with the intention for further studies is beneficial but not essential;
Strong people skills and a flexible approach to work is required;
Confident with systems and Excel.
