The Role:

Our Internal Sales Managers provide a telephone-based sales and account management service to our SME customers. There's no cold calling in this role, only warm leads from our banking partners. You will deliver a sound customer experience by getting to know the customer and their business so that you can structure the best possible deal for their asset finance needs.

Skills:

· A sales background, B2B – you'll be used to working at pace to achieve targets

· Relationship Builder – you'll be able to talk to all kinds of people to build trust

· Commercial Understanding – you don't need to be a finance expert but sound commercial understanding will set you in good stead for this role

· Organised – you'll know how to structure your day to deliver on promises and keep on track
