Job Description
Hub Responsibilities

To assist with the following Consulting service line roles;

Tender Monitoring for the Belfast Team

Intime Billing for the Brentwood Team

Retain Monitoring with the Risk Assurance Team

Overall job purpose

Word-processing and issue of internal audit draft and final reports.

To update 4Audit with all reports and responses.

Managing the report log to ensure is kept up to date at all times.

Chasing up client management responses to Risk Assurance Audit Reports.

Assisting with the first draft of progress reports

Any other Internal Audit duties required by the Risk Assurance Team.

Answering phone calls and taking/passing on messages.

Liaising with clients directly where appropriate in respect of queries.

Photocopying, printing and binding as required.

To arrange meeting rooms and accommodation as required for the Risk Assurance Team.

To assist with monthly billing / provisions where appropriate.

To assist with the update of Dynamics as appropriate.

Specific one off research, projects, assistance.

Engagement letters – To ensure they are produced, signed and logged as per set protocols.

Monitoring Tender Inbox for opportunities and passing to the most appropriate team.

To assist with the updating of recommendation trackers.

To assist with the updating of 4Action.

Any other ad hoc duties where required.

Personal and Professional Qualities & Experience

Essential

* Previous experience in an administration role preferably within a professional services environment.

* Typing speed of 50 + words per minute

* Proven client care experience and an ability to liaise with clients in a professional and helpful manner

* A proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met

* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high quality work quickly

* Advanced level Word skills

* Intermediate Excel skills

* A minimum of a C in Maths and English at GCSE level

* Willingness to help out and be part of the team

* Experience of providing support to a number of people with conflicting priorities.

* To assist with the updating of 4Action

* Any other ad hoc duties when required
