Working in a small credit control of 3 you’ll be supported by an experienced team providing lots of opportunities to develop professionally, you’ll spend a lot of your time speaking to customers so someone who like’s a natter and has excellent communication skills would be able to run in to this role from the start.
As a part of a fast growing organisation they’ll be lots of opportunities for you to progress as the business grows and this role could be a great stepping stone for someone ambitious who wants a longer term career in finance with the potential for study support in a few years too.
You’ll be working on a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home working 9-5 as well as benefiting from 20 days holiday plus bank holidays with an increase up to 25 days based on continued service, after 6 months you’ll also have access to private healthcare, death in service and a discretionary bonus scheme based on company performance.
