SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE EALING, LONDON – JOB REF: JO34833

Accountancy Elite are delighted to be partnered with an exciting and rapidly expanding Accountancy Practice based in Ealing, providing excellent services to a wide range of clients both locally and nationally. This role has become available due to continued expansion within the company.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is either ACCA or ACA qualified. Candidates who are qualified by experience will also definitely be considered. A minimum of 2 years' UK Accountancy Practice experience is required. Strong experience with a range of accountancy software including Xero and QuickBooks is also required. Any skills gained in staff training would also be an advantage but is not essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Preparation of Year-end Accounts for a portfolio of Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.

* Supporting managers on accounting issues for a diverse range of domestic and international clients.

* Responsible for planning non-complex client assignments and taking responsibility for agreed budgets/deadlines.

* Supervising and offering support and guidance to junior members of staff.

* Closely working with new and existing clients to ensure long-term relationships are built and maintained.

Candidates Attributes:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in UK Accountancy Practice.

* ACCA or ACA qualified ideally. QBE will definitely be considered.

* Strong experience of cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks is essential.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
