Job Description
SF Executive are working exclusively with a market leading projects/ services business based in Worcestershire in search for a Finance Director.
Supporting the CFO, with a succession plan in place, you will manage a small finance team and lead the day-to-day finances for a growing, profitable group of companies.
The successful Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) with a background of working within a fast-paced, SME environment. You will be experienced at the level of Financial Controller/ Head of Finance/ Finance Director, having both technical expertise and business acumen alongside strong analytical skills.
My client is looking for an ambitious, driven and experience finance leader who ideally has exposure in acquisition and integration due to the business growth plans. This is an exciting position that involves a great career progression opportunity.
The role will offer hybrid working and a base salary from £85,000 to £95,000 plus bonus and benefits
