SEMI-SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE IN HIGH WYCOMBE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE – JOB REF: JO35030
Accountancy Elite are thrilled to be partnered with a very well-established Accountancy Practice based in High Wycombe. This company provides excellent services to a wide range of clients both locally and nationally. Due to continued growth within the business, this company is looking to further add to their team.
The successful candidate for this role would be someone who is ideally AAT qualified and continuing with either their ACCA or ACA qualification. Candidates with several years' experience in a similar role without these qualifications will also be considered. A minimum of 3 years' UK Accountancy Practice experience is required.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Year-end Accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
* Corporation Tax computations and Company Tax returns.
* End to end external Audit involvement.
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
* Regular use of cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and Quickbooks.
Candidates Attributes:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in UK Accountancy Practice.
* Any prior experience in External Audit would be advantageous.
* Currently working towards the ACCA or ACA qualification OR prior experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Experience with Xero/QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accountancy software.
