Job Description
TSRN are working with a leading body who are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Accounts department.

The right candidate will be using their exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills to process customer billing, investigate and resolve customer account queries. You will primarily be responsible for the USA division and will work closely with the USA based Operations team.

Key duties may involve:

To review, rectify and approve customer billing ensuring weekly and month end deadlines are met

To help provide customer service by investigating and resolving customer account queries, process customer refunds and credit notes, resolve discrepancies and short payments

To be responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned key accounts

To be accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts and accuracy of billing

To help provide collections support and participate in the annual billing collections process

To work with the Collections Specialist to improve billing and collections automation provide accurate information for active collections

Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Key skills required:

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Knowledge of billings and collections procedures

Experience of working at divisional level with interactions with multiple teams

To be able to commit to a six month contract
