Job Description
We are recruiting for Sales Support within a busy finance company, based in Redditch.
Responsible for the business development activities within the vehicle finance market. The main purpose of this job is to identify, with the help of a growing team, new business opportunities and foster strong and fruitful business relationships nationwide.
Responsibilities
* To provide full sales and marketing support across the business within the vehicle finance market
* Perform and oversee analytical functions as the business and its partners demand, ensuring our performance and that of our partners is maximised to suit the proposition
* Adhere to and have a clear understanding of all compliance standards within the market
* Research using various tools to identify potential new partners
* Achieve such targets and objectives whilst adhering to all processes, policies and core values
* Work with absolute professionalism and recognition of the level of responsibility the job role requires
* Effectively resolve introducer queries and questions in line with company procedures
Requirements
* Experience of working within the motor finance sector or other regulated financial services environment
* Working knowledge of lending and underwriting principles and experience of people/relationship management
* Must have experience of Microsoft Office specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Ability to prioritise workload on a daily basis
* Excellent attention to detail
* Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Benefits
* Salary £20,000-£22,500 per annum
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing incrementally
