Purchase Ledger Team Leader
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader to join one of our top clients in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a thriving and growing business, managing a small team whilst supporting management implement a new software. You will report directly into the Assistant Financial Controller.
The Purchase Ledger Team Leader Role:
Improve efficiencies by reviewing processes and procedures
Performance of monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Ensuring the timely payment of supplier invoices via BACS and Cheque payments and complete weekly payruns
Performance management and identifying individual training requirements
The Ideal Purchase Ledger Team Leader:
Strong team management skills
Previous experience with implementations
Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Motivated with excellent communication skills
