One of our great clients specialising in assisting global brands is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.
In this role you will be supporting the continued growth and you will need to be an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team and have experience in high volume transactions work.
In this role the main responsibilities will be:
Inputting overhead invoices directly onto the accounting system
Processing Purchase Order Related invoices
Paying suppliers via BACS payments
Paying Suppliers via Same Day Transfers in various foreign currencies
Produce statement reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers and clients on the telephone to resolve queries
Liaising with sales and administration staff internally
You will need to be experienced in Purchase Ledger experience working in fast paced environments whilst multi-tasking and can effectively process, prioritise and manage a high volume of transactional and processing work. You should have excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport and communicate at all levels and be a great team player.
