SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic business based in South Leicester. This is a full time, temporary to permanent role. You will join a business who have a well-known name in their market & can offer an attractive salary and benefits along with an excellent working environment, a supportive team and free onsite parking. the role reports to the Financial Controller in a high volume transaction environment, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

– Input and matching of supplier invoices
– Input of employee expenses
– Bank reconciliation
– Processing supplier BACS payments
– Inter-company cross charging and credit card reconciling
– Liaising with other departments to ensure they are fully appreciative and compliant with company standard procedures necessary for AP performance standards to be met
– Maintain vendor relationships through timely payments and excellent service levels effectively with a very strong 'customer service' ethos
– Supplier statement reconciliations

The successful applicant will have:

– Strong purchase ledger experience
– Excel systems experience
– Good attention to detail
– Hardworking and proactive
