Job Description
Boxtree are currently working with a well-respected MGA and Lloyds broker who are looking to appoint two property underwriters due to substantial growth within the business. This role will be working alongside the Senior Underwriters and other Underwriters within the business, focusing on general commercial business.

Responsibilities:

* Writing and underwriting large risks and conducting scheme or portfolio management

* Underwriting of commercial, property and general liability risks under a variety of delegated binding authorities

* Create and maintain relationships with brokers, insurers, and other business partners

* Provide support to the department manager and assistance may be required with day-to-day operations

* Maintain agreed company service levels and standards

Required:

* Between 2-5 years of property underwriting experience

* Employer’s liabilities, public liabilities and business interruption insurance experience are desired
