Job Description
International Professional Services Organization based in Manchester City Centre (hybrid working- 2 days in the office) require an Polish Speaking credit controller for a permanent vacancy
Reporting directly to the Credit Manager as an Polish Speaking Credit Controller you will utilize your previous credit control experience to collect outstanding invoices from the company's external customers
Key duties include:
Contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices
Full autonomy of an assigned portfolio of clients including sending out sales invoices and allocating cash.
Resolving customer queries
Reconciling debtor accounts on a monthly basis
Preparing debtor reports for weekly meetings
Setting customer credit limits
Engaging stakeholders to ensure speedy collection of outstanding invoices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
2 years business to business credit control experience
Fluent in Polish
Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to self-motivate and have a flexible approach to work
Have experience of using Microsoft applications (particularly excel) and other back-office systems.
Can work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
Ability to think logically, consider all relevant aspects, and carry out basic analysis on information
