Analyst

Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious client to recruit an analyst to join their advancing organisation in Bracknell.

Analyst: Responsibilities.

Be the single point of contact for cost recovery requirements and issues for a defined list of Sales Countries

Manage the internal automated rebate claim systems

Review and verify vendor price support agreement documentation to confirm compliance with authorisation requirements.  Confirm or query with Sales / Vendors as required

Review Point of Sale detail to confirm eligibility for rebate claims.

Use pre-built systems to compile claims inline with agreed vendor terms and conditions

Interpret Marketing Initiatives & Promos to implement up-front Business Management Controls in the clients Sales system

Co-ordinate provision of claim data to HQ NSP Finance team for submission to vendors

Check and review claim queries from vendors with Finance, Sales, Category Management and Vendors as required.

Analyst: Experience/Skills.

At least 2-3 years’ good general administrative background – an awareness of financial issues would be an advantage.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

High attention to detail and able to prioritise effectively

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Access essential

An understanding of PowerBi, Sharepoint, UiPath, would be an advantage but not essential

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of an extended team

Working to tight response times and month-end deadlines

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while being flexible, adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities

Analyst: Information.

Salary: Dependant on Experience (Discussed through Telephone Assessment) + Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday to Friday – 38.5hrs per week
