Job Description
PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator / Project Management Office Analyst / IT / Risk / Issues / Governance / Planning / Budgets / IT Project / IT Programme – Remote / Warwickshire, 6 month contract, £(Apply online only) per day.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a IT PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator.

Location – Remote / Warwickshire

Duration – 6 months

Day Rate – £(Apply online only) per day Inside IR35

You will be working on a large IT programme rolling out IT Equipment such as Laptops / PCs / Printers etc so any experience on IT programmes / IT Infrastructure / Rollout / Deployment programmes would be beneficial.

Good all round PMO / Project Coordination experience inc risk / issues / governance / planning / stakeholder management etc.

Actuals and Forecasts
Risk management
Lessons Learned Log
Status monitoring and reporting
Portfolio governance and sanctioning processes
Change control
Benefits tracking
Business Management Standard compliance
Regular catchups with Architecture Team Managers to review data for their team (demand, capacity, actuals, forecast) and agree & feedback on resourcing / onboarding actions
Support the wider Change team with organisational activities, including scheduling and coordinating team meetings and away days
