Your New Role As Senior Payroll Executive:

Working as part of a team, you will deal with high volumes of payroll data running weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls on behalf of your clients. You will ideally have knowledge of Star payroll software (or similar) and assist in the production of BACS transmissions, RTI and liaison with HMRC. You will be passionate about providing high levels of customer service to your clients and therefore excel at and enjoy extensive client liaison.

Day to Day Duties :

High volume payroll data processing duties processing weekly/monthly/fortnightly payrolls looking after your own portfolio of clients
Processing payrolls via Star software – experience desirable however training will be provided
End of year processing/RTI submissions
Assisting with BACS transmissions
Awareness of CIS
Dealing with P45's/P46's/P60's
SMP/SSP, EPS returns
PAYE
Payroll administration
HMRC queries and liaison
Client liaison both over the telephone and email

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

Ideally you will have c 2yrs+ previous payroll bureau or inhouse experience within a similar role
Full end to end payroll processing experience
Strong client liaison skills
Knowledge of Star payroll (or similar system) – training provided
