My client an exciting brand based in the heart of Woking are seeking a friendly personable and experienced payroll administrator. If you have touched upon the basics of payroll and would like to start a career then my client are willing to invest in you and teach you the rest. Passion and desire to learn is all you need.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in processing the UK payrolls for around 3,500 staff
Ensure that end to end payroll is administered accurately
Ensure that all compliance is adhered to.
Carry out transfer process for monthly staff and sorting errors accordingly.
Process bank lines where necessary.
Assist senior team members
Processing of all statutory payments
Downloading and applying employee tax codes.
Process all expenses
Resolve queries
Working closely with other departments offering a support and advisory service for payroll queries.
Desirable skills, qualities, and experience:
Qualified and / or experienced payroll professional.
Experience in managing computer software and payroll systems.
Previous experience of processing high volume payroll end-to-end.
Computer literate with excel skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
