Job Description
A global firm of Loss Adjusters are recruiting for a claims handler with subsidence specialism. This is a remote working opportunity so can be based anywhere in the UK.
This is an exciting opportuntunity to join an expanding team.
Will be acting as first point of contact for clients and their customers, you'll support them with any queries, whilst achieving key milestones by maintaining a robust diary system. You'll recommend payments, produce client reports and letters, and liaise with contractors and other external suppliers to achieve the most efficient outcome
Committed to gaining the relevant knowledge and obtaining the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters` Cert CILA qualification. Previous experience within a customer service office environment. Organised, diligent and able to run tasks through to completion
Will have a a desire to embrace innovative working practices and Ideally educated to `A` level/ degree standard
