Job Description
TeamJob are looking for a Payroll Lead in Chandler's Ford! ***

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun and growing environmental services company, paying up to £35,000 DOE plus bonuses!

The purpose of this role is to:

* provide an accurate payroll service

* adhere to the company's legal compliance procedures

* prepare and complete monthly payrolls for approx. 600 employees (50% of which regularly work overtime and receive allowances)

Your job duties may include and not be limited to:

* record and update employee information

* liaise with the HR Administrator to ensure any changes to payroll are checked and balanced

* conduct all payroll processes

* ensure regular checks are conducted to ensure coherence of pay and pension data

* complete all returns for HMRC, DRP and Pension Administrators

* prepare for audits

* report to the Reward Manager regarding reward queries

* update HR/Payroll system (Carval) regularly

* regularly report and present to the business e.g. Payroll metrics and Board reports

To succeed in this role, you must

* hold A Levels or equivalent

* recent experience of running a large / complex payroll

* completed or studying towards a payroll qualification (e.g. CIPP)

* full knowledge of current payroll legislation and reporting requirements

* IT proficient
