The Role
This role is key for the success of our business objectives. As Partner L&D Consultant, you will work alongside our sales teams, to increase partner performance, skills and knowledge through the delivery of training and support.
Using data to identify partner underperformance, you will devise and deliver programmes, via multiple channels, that upskill the partners staff including, soft skills training, selling finance and Premium Credit technology tools and services.
Recognising the different requirements for specialist, personal and commercial business, you will be measured against broker performance, including penetration, net advances and training delivery feedback.
Your role will also involve:
– Your own diary management in terms of obtaining appointments and agreeing a training schedule with our partners.
– Designing and delivering 1-1 and group workshops at all levels, admin to sales executives
– Building relationships with our partners and arranging a bespoke training plan with delivery dates
– Contributing towards the development and implementation of learning strategies and programmes across the business
– Analysing data to monitor the return on investment from training delivery
About You
To be considered as Partner L&D Consultant, you will need the following:
– Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
– Excellent facilitation skills and capable of effectively and consistently engaging a wide variety of audiences, at various levels of a business
– Strong team working abilities and strong self-drive to achieve results
– Capable in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong organisational and diary management skills
Training experience and insurance knowledge would be highly beneficial to your application.
This role is sometimes known in other organisations as Sales Trainer, Trainer, Sales Coach, Coach, L&D Advisor, L&D Partner.
