Part Time Payroll Lead/Manager
Able Bridge Recruitment have an unusual and highly appealing opportunity for a senior payroll professional or payroll manager to join an accounting firm on a permanent part time (2 or 3 days per week) basis. The role will be based in one of our clients’ offices across the central belt and will be accountable to the head of business services for the business area.
You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of payrolls that are out sourced to our client. You will be responsible for the collation of payroll information from your client including making changes to starter and leaver information, creation and distribution of payroll statutory documents such as payslips, P45 documents, P60`s as well as other associated documents.
You will work with one other payroll professional within the organisation and will take a lead when it comes to managing the overall workload of the department. To be successful we are seeking specific outsourced payroll experience which will have been gained in an accountancy practice. We seek an individual who is looking for part time work (permanent), and who is able to travel to our clients offices for at least 2 out of the 3 days. The location of where you which office you will be based in will depend on where you are based, however all offices are commutable from Edinburgh, Fife and East End of Glasgow.
