Job Description
Part Time Credit Controller

Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 pro rata

Benefits: 24 days holiday + stats, pension, onsite parking

Location: Leeds

Our client, an innovative company at the forefront of their industry with a fun and friendly but professional working environment are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a part time basis (22.5 hours/week). The purpose of this role is to ensure the timely production of sales invoices, ensure the collections of debt to agreed terms whilst minimising risk and supporting cashflow. This role will be working as part of a small friendly team (including office dog).

THE ROLE:
Ensure all sales invoices are produced and processed
Establish and maintain regular communications with clients to facilitate periodic payments
Dealing with all queries in a timely manner and liaise with customers and colleagues to resolve any account issues
Posting and allocating payments
Bank reconciliations
Fastidious record keeping on the company's central production system and accounts software.

THE CANDIDATE:
Experience within Credit Control is essential
Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and access
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish team goals and objectives
Must have a methodical and organised approach to work
Impeccable attention to detail, particularly to numbers, spelling and dates
Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to constant and challenging deadlines
Must be able to build strong relationships at all levels, both across our business and with the personnel of our valued customer base
