Operations Junior Business Partner
Fleet – Hampshire (Walking distance of the train station)
£27,000 negotiable
Our client continues to experience exceptional growth and are now looking to add an Operations Junior Business Partner to their Finance team. Working within a superb environment, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to more senior levels within the business.
The annual salary is £27,000, however is negotiable, with exciting benefits including, competitive annual leave, company pension, annual company events etc.
Working in a small but growing Finance team for a fast paced, rapidly growing B2B Sales company. The role will offer plenty of exposure to the senior management of the business. Would suit a candidate comfortable in working for a fast-paced scale up business. Attention to detail and a "can do" attitude is important.
The role is a mix of working from home and office based.
Operations Junior Business Partner – About the role

The Finance team is looking for a Operations Junior Business Partner. This role is responsible for ensuring our Operations Directors have the most up to date and accurate information available to them in order to make fast paced business critical decisions. This role require excellent attention to detail and an eye for numbers. There will also be an element of finance month end work to do. Ensuring that the information you have been presenting reconciles and can be relied upon to present to the wider business including the board of directors.
Operations Junior Business Partner – The work
• Set up new clients within the forecasting and accounting systems.
• Track starters and leavers within the forecast document.
• Work to achieve accurate weekly forecasting data for presentation to the Operations Directors.
• Month end accounting reconciliations, including balance sheet, payroll and expenses.
• Ad-hoc reporting as necessary.

Experience required for the Operations Junior Business Partner
• Experience in a Finance or analytical role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Ability to quickly learn new processes.
• IT proficient.
• Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities.
* No formal accounting qualifications needed but AAT/MAAT or any other accounting/Finance qualification would be beneficial.
