Job title: Operations and HR Officer
The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit an Operations and HR Officer to join the team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution.
In the role of Operations and HR Officer you provide administrative support to the Finance & Operations and Human Resources Departments to ensure the smooth running of both functions. You act as the office manager of the UK office and have responsibilities for Health and Safety, the day to day management of the IT provider and to provide support in the recruitment process of new staff.
To be successful in this role you will have;
* Experience of working on an HR department and basic awareness of UK employment law
* Experience of day to day management of an office environment.
* Experience of project management
* Ability to work at pace, juggle competing demands effectively and manage own workload and priorities
* Experience of establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions, levels and cultures
* Successful track record of providing support to a busy team with exceptionally high standards
* IT proficiency (most specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Sharepoint)
* IT systems expertise, able to trouble-shoot basic IT issues and fix problems.
* Supremely organised,
* Excellent attention to detail and strong follow through of tasks to completion

* Post holders must have the right to work in the UK.
* This is a full-time position (37.5hrs), working from home can be facilitated one day per week
