Job Description
Commercial Account Executive with in the Property Commercial Department is required for our blue chip Insurance clients based in Cheltenham.
Main purpose of role: To provide excellent customer service, take responsibility and work within the team to achieve growth, by maintaining existing business and gaining new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* To service and manage Agents and Clients – Commercial and Residential Property
* To assist in the growth – New Business and Renewals
* To achieve set targets agreed upon
* Any other duties required from time to time
Knowledge Required:
* Good understanding of Commercial insurance
* Good understanding of a Delegated Authority scheme – preferred
* Understanding and knowledge of Office procedures – to be provided
Requirements:
* Excellent, professional and confident communication skills
* Good history of Commercial Insurance
* Sales ability
* Flexibility
* Manage workload
* Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc.
* Ability to construct effective written communications
* Work well within a team especially under pressure
* Confident numeracy skills
* Training in the role will be provided
* Cert CII or working towards
Ideally knowledge of: MS Office, MS Outlook, Open Gi
